My friends invited me to a class at Just Reign in February of 2022. I was hooked. It was fun, and I wanted to get REALLY good at it. As someone who struggles with some back pain, cycle has helped me work towards feeling better each day. I kept showing up for myself because I wanted to feel healthy and strong, I loved the supportive environment from other riders in the room to the staff in the studio. 

In March of 2023, I was ready to audition to be an instructor. I wanted to be a part of the supportive environment in our community. I wanted to be the one pushing the energy in the room. I love the feeling of knowing I made someone work for it. Since July of 2023 I've been on the stage growing as an instructor each day. 

You should come to my class because it’s fun, it’s hard, and it’s gonna push you to your limit, but not leave you feeling defeated. I will always play some hispanic music, and leave you no time to think.
