FIRST TIME RIDERS

Welcome!

We know it can feel intimidating… something new, unfamiliar, maybe even completely terrifying! We’ve all been there. Even our instructors were nervous taking their first class.

Loud music, low lighting, collective movement - come as you are.
Once the lights go down and the music goes up, you won’t remember you’re working out. You’ll get lost in the beat, the breath and the sweat . Our OG Ride is specifically tailored for all experience levels, so don’t worry, we’ve got you!


IMPORTANT INFO FOR YOUR FIRST CLASS

  • Please arrive no later than 10-minutes prior to class start time. We want to get you situated in the studio and properly fit on your bike. To feel less rushed, we recommend arriving 15- 20 minutes prior to class start time.*
    *If you arrive later than 10- minutes of the class start time you will NOT be permitted to ride.

  • What to bring?
    A water bottle, that’s it! We’ll provide towels and your first shoe rental is on us. Wear whatever you would feel comfortable working out in at the gym.
