BOOKING PROCESS
Classes can be scheduled in advance or at any time prior to class, pending an available bike – up to 15 minutes before the ride starts.
Schedule is released SUNDAY AT NOON for the following 8 days. To book a bike, you must have paid rides in your account. Booking a bike includes choosing your bike spot in the cycle room.
In order to use this website, JustReign.com, a user must first create an Account, agree to the Release of Liability Waiver & Terms and Conditions. Registration of minors (ages 14-17) must be completed with a parent or legal guardian present and additional paperwork will be required in person at the studio prior to the minors first ride; minors under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the ride at all times.
WAITLISTS
If the ride is full, join the waitlist. To get on a waitlist, you must have a paid ride credit that will be redeemed when you sign up.
4 – 12+ HOURS BEFORE YOU RIDE
If a bike opens up, you will be added to the class, and receive an email notification. No confirmation is required by the client. The standard cancellation policy will be in effect.
No cancellations will be allowed within 4 hours of being added to the class. However, if you are still on the waitlist prior to being added, you can cancel at anytime without losing your credit or cancelation fees.
UP T O 4 HOURS BEFORE YOU RIDE
Still on the waitlist 4 hours prior to class? You will only be notified by email if a bike becomes available and can then reserve the bike. If the rider cannot be reached or opts out of class, they will NOT be charged. If the rider confirms to be added to the class, and does not show, standard cancellation policy will apply. If we cannot get a hold of the rider, we will move on to the next person on the waitlist.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Can’t make it? We get it!
We have a 4–hour cancellation policy. This means you can cancel up to 4-hours before the class starts. If you do not cancel 4-hours prior start time, package holders will lose a class, and members will be charged a fee of $20.
PACKAGE EXPIRATION
Expiration dates are set from date of purchase. Single classes expire in 14 days; 5 classes expire in 30 days; 10 classes expire in 90 days; 20 classes expire in 180 days; new riders 3 pack expire in 14 days.
Classes cannot be transferred from one person to another.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Debit is accepted within store.
