With a passion for self-improvement and hard work, I believe your environment and the people around you play a huge role in success. My vision for Just Reign is to create a space that feels like home, filled with people who are committed to growing alongside you. I promise to give you a challenging workout, help you tap into a deeper focus, and hopefully make you laugh along the way, so you can enjoy every class. The changes that come from pushing yourself aren’t going to happen overnight, so just keep showing up and KEEP GRINDING. Fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember — I’m a true “gym rat!” I love working out and pushing myself to the limit. My proudest accomplishments are my kids and my marriage. Outside of fitness, I have a passion for business, real estate, design, coffee, and wine! I’m also a full-time Realtor and the owner of both Just Reign and GenElite Athletics. I’ve been teaching for over ten years, and I can’t wait to see you in my class soon!
