FAQs

What should I wear?

Gear Up to Ride – Keep Yo’ Sh*t Tight

Leave the long, loose-fitting pants at home. They can get tangled in the bike and kill your flow. Fitted gear = safer ride, stronger vibe.

Do I need special cycling shoes?

First Ride? Your Shoes Are On Us! After your first ride, shoe rentals are $4.00 per class.

We provide cycling shoes with SPD clips for a smoother, safer, and more powerful ride. Your first rental is free.

Bringing Your Own Shoes?

Awesome! You’re welcome to bring your own cycling shoes with:

  • SPD clips (standard)

  • LOOK Delta clips

Please make sure your shoes are clean and not used for outdoor riding.

Should I arrive early for my first class?

YES! Please arrive at least 10-minutes before class starts, dressed and ready to ride.

đŸš« New riders who arrive late (less than 10-minutes prior to class) will not be permitted to ride.
This is to ensure we have enough time to get you set up safely and confidently.

We can’t wait to ride with you—just don’t be late!

What happens if I am late to a cycling class?

Late Arrival Policy

We know life happens—but once class begins, we lock in.

Arrive On Time

  • If you are not present at the studio at least 5-minutes before class, your bike may be released to a waitlisted rider.

  • No one will be admitted into class 5-minutes after the start time—this is for your safety and to avoid disrupting others.

First-Time Guests

  • If this is your first ride with us, please arrive at least 10 minutes early.

  • First-time guests who arrive less than 10-minutes prior to class start will not be permitted to ride, no exceptions.

Thank you for respecting our time, your safety, and the energy of the room.

Are cell phones allowed in the studio?

Nope. No phones in the studio.

To protect the vibe, the focus, and the energy of every ride, cell phones are not permitted inside the cycle room—no exceptions.

Here’s How It Works:

  • Please leave your phone on silent and store it in a locker before class begins.

  • Expecting an urgent call? No problem—just leave your phone with the front desk, and if it rings, we’ll come grab you.

Let’s keep the studio distraction-free.
No lights. No buzzing. No scrolling.
Just you, the bike, the beat—and your full focus.

Locker rooms and showers

For your convenience, we offer men’s and women’s facilities, each equipped with:

  • Showers

  • Fresh towels

  • Essential toiletries

Secure Your Stuff

We also provide lockers with built-in digital locks to keep your belongings safe while you ride.

How old do you have to be to take a cycle class?

Age & Height Requirements

  • Riders must be at least 14 years old and a minimum of 4’11” to participate.

  • Under 18? A parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver in-studio before your first ride.

  • Under 16? A parent or legal guardian must be present in the studio during your ride—no exceptions.

Do I have to bring anything with me?

What to Bring to Your Ride

Just bring your bad-ass self and a water bottle—we’ve got the rest covered!

  • Hydrate at our water bottle filling station.

  • Fresh towels provided for every rider.

  • Need a water bottle? Grab a Smart Water Bottle available for purchase at the studio.

Ready to crush it? We’ll see you on the bike!
