I was born and raised here in Anchorage, Alaska. I absolutely love the outdoors and hate being inside. If I’m not taking a class at Just Reign, then you can probably catch me skiing, biking, or riding my Harley. I started attending Just Reign in mid-2019 after my ski accident for knee recovery. I love music and I love fitness, so it was the perfect healthy outlook. I soon realized what an impact it made on people and their mental health as well as my own. Fast forward to 2022 instructor auditions came up and I decided I’d give it a shot with nothing to lose.

This opportunity has helped me grow as a person exponentially and my outlook on life has completely changed. My number one thing in my classes is making sure people know that it’s a safe place. We’re a team, and together our power in that room is untouchable. We’re all going through something in life, and there’s no greater feeling than the opportunity to create power with such amazing people.
