You are who you hang out with, you know. I will give you a hard ass workout, allow you to tap into a deeper focus and hopefully make you laugh and enjoy each class. Consistency in my class, and in all aspects of your life, will drive your results, not motivation. The changes from challenges aren't going to happen overnight, so KEEP GRINDING. 

Fitness has been a huge part of my life, my entire life. Chances are, if it involves movement and sweating, I probably like it. I love music, business, houses, coffee and wine! I am also a Realtor, own Just Reign and a gym with my Husband; GenElite Athletics. My free time, well, it goes to my baby boy and my hubby! Cheers to seeing you in my class soon!
