MY CLASS IN 3 WORDS: Progress Over Perfection Born and raised here in Alaska, when I’m not cycling you can catch me chasing after my amazing daughter or spending time with my family. My love for indoor cycling began years ago. After a lot of procrastination and countless excuses I stepped out on faith and I’m so glad I did! Party on a bike is the feeling inside that I get while riding and that’s the atmosphere I try to recreate within a class! Back to front, front to back each and every person has room to hold space. I see each and every one of you! You matter! Cycling unlocked something inside of me I didn’t realize was missing. Just Reign unlocked a different level of confidence that I didn’t know existed. The energy I get when I step into the room is something I can’t describe and is something I want to share with each and every one of you. The GRIT and the GRIND are so rewarding when you stay consistent, stay resilient and stay the course. All are invited, all are welcome!
